To be a good Spotcheck mystery shopper you must have:

	An eye for detail
	Good observational
	A good memory
	Access to a computer
	a regularly checked email address
	Good working knowledge of Excel
	Ability to work to tight deadlines

Mystery shopping can be fun and rewarding but must always be taken very seriously, as the information contained within the reports affects decisions and people.

As a mystery shopper, you will visit or make phone calls posing as a potential customer of products or services. You will be asked to report on your visit using a prepared report form which will asks a number of questions which you will score, and for your comments on things like the quality of service, the merchandising or the product. We will provide you with all the supporting information you need to carry out assignments.

How Does It Work?

Mystery shoppers are notified, via e-mail, of the number of assignments available to them for the forthcomimg month. Additional assignements may be offered during the month. The e-mail will contain detailed instructions related to the assignment and how to proceed. The volume of work you are offered will depend on the level of activity in your area and also on the quality of your previous reports submitted. You can accept or decline jobs to suit your own personal schedule.

One of our commitments to our clients is to provide timely results. Therefore you will be expected to return your report, via e-mail, within 24 hours of the assignment taking place.

It is essential that you have access to a computer, an e-mail address which you access regularly and a good working knowledge of Excel.

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment would be advantageous.
